The Logger’s Wife™ was created by a logger’s wife and daughter-in-law as an online community for logging families. A place where we can come and proudly say, I love my logger! We also strive to educate the general public about the logging industry.
We try to post things of interest to logging families as we come across them. Resources, recipes, happenings that impact the industry. If you have anything you'd like to contribute please email us!
Thank you to all the logger’s wives across the country who submitted your families favorite dishes. Note that all recipes from previous editions, as well as this year’s submissions are included. There are so many yummy recipes, from Bacon and Egg Burgers and Lumberjack Hash to traditional German Chocolate Cake (over 50 recipes total)!
This year’s calendar theme is “Logging: A Family Tradition“. Here is to the proud Daddy’s and proud families that have been living the logging life — some for two, three, and four generations!
Thanks again to all the logging families who make these projects possible.
The holidays are right around the corner! Check out some new items in our shop, and don’t forget to submit your photos and recipes for the 2013 Calendar Print and this year’s cookbook. More info on both of those projects here.
Our new “Buyers of Standing Timber and Logs” vintage styled poster would be a great holiday gift for a mill owner! And our “Spoiled Logger’s Wife” is a new collection inspired by a special request!
How adorable is this Lumberjack Nursery board from LayBabyLay?! We also think this would be an adorable “big boy” room. I know my little guy is quickly outgrowing his nursery!
Don’t miss Expo Richmond 2012! Show dates are May 18 – 19, 2012, 9 am – 5pm daily.

TheLoggersWife.com will not have our booth set up this year, but we’ll still be attending and hope to see you!
